The Peer-to-Peer Knowledge Sharing Network provides junior staff with opportunities to learn from one another and share their skills. To make sure P2P sessions are as relevant & informative as possible, we are conducting our first formal needs assessment among junior staff. We want to know what you want to teach, what you want to learn, and how you want to learn it, so you can get the professional development you need. (You are receiving this e-mail because you are listed as a junior staff person, which includes everyone up through Senior Analysts.)
