“Employees, please enter your time daily and submit your timesheets before noon on Friday local time. Supervisors, please remember to approve submitted timesheets by 2:30 pm on Friday local time. This is still the best way to ensure your timesheet doesn’t end up in the subaccount. PMs, CoPs, FCAs, and local staff with timekeeping responsibilities, please review the biweekly subaccount report and work with staff to clear the time. All other staff, please be responsive when asked to clear your time from the subaccount. “
