IT is currently experiencing an issue sending and receiving emails with the Outlook client on our PCs.  Microsoft is has reported this to be an issue on their end and our support team is actively monitoring the situation while awaiting a solution.   IT will send a follow up email if the situation changes or when the issue has been resolved.

In the meantime, AGI, Outlook Web Access and Mobile Email are all still functioning properly.
