Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing regarding the APHA Conference fees that are shown on your site http://www.apha.org/meetings/registration/reg_fees.htm

Our project is participating in the APHA conference this year and some colleagues are willing to join the conference. But we have some questions regarding the fees for enrolment: as indicated on your site the payment for a person with less than $45,000 (for the member) if paid before 26^th of September is $265. You don’t have options in this category for non-members. So, please can you explain to us if this $265 include the membership fee or membership fee should be added to this $265?

If registered as members and we used Green discount as well, are we supposed to pay membership fee for every year or can we cancel the membership during the year?

The point is that, we have salary less than $45,000 a year, we are not an APHA members and we are willing to participate the full conference (not only one day). Can you suggest the best price options for us?

Another question is regarding the document showing the annual salary: should we submit the document online?
