Dear colleagues,
As you already know, Abt allocated funds for celebrating New Year 2013. As we discussed during the staff meeting, there were couple of options regarding when, how and where to organize the event: divide the money and organize 2 events – party and retreat or one event and good, organize it in the beginning of January or in the second half, and where to go. I consulted with Achiko about the funds that is needed for retreat and please, take into consideration that if we organize retreat there will be almost no money left for another event. As we all probably will be for making one good event than 2 and not so good there emerged the following options (attached document). I would like to ask you to mark the options in the attached document and send back only to ME. I will summarize the table and will distribute the final answers. Thank you in advance for you participation and hope we will reach consensus easily.
