1. HD00001674, HD00001759 HD00001797 HD00001787 HD00001815 აღნიშნული განაცხადების შედეგი არის იდენტიფიცირდა დარღვევა, დარეგისტრირებულია ცხელი ხაზიდან, რეალურად დეს-იდან აღარ გაგრძელებულა მაგრამ აქვს ორივე პრეფიქსი;
2. HMM00006268 HMM00006412 HMM00006528 აღნიშნული განაცხადები არ არის დააუდიტებული და რატომ აქვს ორი პრეფიქსი
3. ცვლილებებია გასაკეთებელი პროგრამაში 36-ე დადგენილებასთან დაკავშირებით, კერძოდ მოსარგებლის კატეგორიაში დასამატებელია საყოველთაო ჯანდაცვის პროგრამა, ხოლო მომსახურების მიმწოდებელი ამ ეტაზე უნდა იყოს არააქტიური.
4. ასევე დასამატებელია როგორც ადრეც მოვიწერეთ ვის მიმართ ჩამონათვალში სამედიცინო მედიაციის სამსახური და სტომატოლოგიური კლინიკა
5. ასევე ალეკო შეგვპირდა რომ დაზღვევის გრიდში გამოჩნდება კორპორატიული დაზღვევა
6. ორშაბათს გავიაროთ პროგრამის მეორე ნაწილი და მისი გეგმა გრაფიკი

როგორც გუშინ მოგწერეთ განაცხადის რეგისტრაციის დროს შესაცვლელია რამოდენიმე საკითხი
1. იურიდიული პირის (სამედიცინო დაწესებულება, სადაზღვევო კომპანია) რეგისტრაციის დროს განაცხადის ტიპი უნდა იყოს როგორც საინფორმაციო, ისევე არასაინფორმაციო, ლოგიკა იგივე რაც ფიზიკური პირის შემთხვევაში
2. ვის მიმართ ჩამონათვალში გთხოვეთ სტომატოლოგიური კლინიკის დამატება, მოწერილი აქვს სანდროს ( სტომატოლოგიური კლინიკები - როგორც ადრე შევთანხმდით, "ვის მიმართ" Drop list- ში დასამატებელია "სტომატოლოგიური კლინიკა" რომელიც იქნება free text),
3. ჩამონათვალში გვინდა ჩავამატოთ სამედიცინო მედიაციის სამსახური, ამ უკანასკნელის მონიშვნის შემთხვევაში ძებნის ფანჯარა არ გამოდის და ავტომატურად ჯდება დასახელებაში სსიპ „სამედიცინო მედიაციის სამსახური“
4. როდესაც ვარეგისტრირებთ იურიდიული პირის მიერ დაფიქსირებულ განაცხადს, მოგეხსენებათ საჭიროა Tax Code, მზღვეველი ორგანიზაციების კოდები ჩვენთვის ცნობილია (იხილეთ დანდართული ფაილი), იქნებ სადმე Droplist-ის სახით ან რაიმე სხვა ხერხით დავამატოთ ეს ინფორმაცია.
5. რას ეხება - დასამატებელია: ვალდებულებების შეუსრულებლობა (საბოლოოდ განახლებულ ნუსხას თავისი ჰინტებით მოგაწვდით);
6. შედეგი - შედეგებიდან ამოვიღოთ გადაეცა ადმინისტრაციულ წარმოებას, ასევე შესასწორებელია იდენტიფიცირდა დარღვევა შედეგი უნდა შეიცვალოს შემდეგი სახით იდენტიფიცირდა დარღვევა/მიეწოდა ინფორმაცია, იდენტიფიცირდა დარღვევა/მოგვარდა, აღნშნული ცვლილებების შემდგომ ჩამონათვალში იქნება: მოგვარდა, ნაწილობრივ მოგვარდა, დასრულდა მიეწოდა ინფორმაცია, იდენტიფიცირდა დარღვევა/მიეწოდა ინფორმაცია, იდენტიფიცირდა დარღვევა/მოგვარდა, გადაეცა ადმინისტრაციულ წარმოებას.
7. იდენტიფიცირდა დარღვევა/მიეწოდა ინფორმაცია, იდენტიფიცირდა დარღვევა/მოგვარდა, გადაეცა ადმინისტრაციულ წარმოებას - აღნიშნული ორი შედეგის მონიშვნის დროს უნდა გააქტიურდეს დრობლისტი (სამედიცინო მომსახურების მიმწოდებელი, სადაზღვევო კომპანია) და აღნიშნული დრობლისტის მონიშვნა იყოს სავალდებულო.
8. პრეფიქსებიდან უნდა ამოვიღოთ პრეფიქსი „C“
შეიძლება ძალიან ბევრი თხოვნაა, მაგრამ დაგვიგროვდა J

შეიძლება სწორად ვერ ავსახე პრობლემის არსი,
a) როდესაც პროგრამაში იფილტრება საანგარიშო პერიოდი და გაფილტრული მონაცემები ექსპორტირდება ->> ყველაფერი წესრიგშია,
რაც ჩანს პროგრმაულ მოდულში = ექსელის მონაცემებს
b) როდესაც პროგრამიდან ექსპორტირდება ჯამური/სრული მონაცემები (i.e გაუფილტრავი) <<- აქ გვაქვს პრობლემა
1. კერძოდ, თუ სექტემბერი-დეკემბერი პროგრამულად ფიქსირდება 2668 განაცხადი, b) - პუნქტის გათვალისწინებით 2679 განაცხადია
2. თუ იანვარში პროგრამულად ფიქსირდება 1410 განაცხადი, b) - პუნქტის გათვალისწინებით 1471 განაცხადია
3. ანალოგიურად თებერვლის თვის მონაცემებისთვის - პროგრამულად ფიქსირდება 1621 განაცხადი, b) - პუნქტის გათვალისწინებით 1690 განაცხადია
თვალსაჩინოებისთვის,
თანდართული ფაილის სახით გიგზავნით ექსპორტირებულ მონაცემებს, სადაც არანაირი ფორმულა არ არის გამოყენებული.
მხოლოდ და მხოლოდ Date ფილტრაცია.

ადრე მოგმართეთ აღნიშნული თხოვნით, მაგრამ როგორც ჩანს ამ აურზაურში ორივე მხარეს დაგვავიწყდა რეაგირება. პრობლემა იმაშია, რომ მონაცემთა დეტალური ექსპორტისას, საუბარი მაქვს სრული, გაუფილტრავი მონაცემების ექსპორტზე და გაფილტრული ექსპორტისას, კონკრეტულ თვეში დაფიქსირებული განაცხადების რაოდენობა არ მოდის თანხვედრაში. მაგალითად, თებერვლის თვეში დარეგისტრირებული განაცხადების რაოდენობა პროგრამულად გაფილტრული მონაცემების ექსპორტის საფუძველზე არის 1615, მას შემდეგ რაც სრულად დაექსპორტებულ Excell-ში ხდება ფილტრაცია თვის მიხედვით აღნიშნული მაჩვენებელი უტოლდება 1681. საკმაოდ დიდი განსხვავებაა. იგივე ცდომილებაა იანვრის პერიოდზეც - პროგრამაში ჩანს 1408 ხოლო სრულ და შემდეგ გაფილტრულ ექსპორტში - 1469. მოგმართავთ თხოვნით დაგვიზუსტოთ რა არის აღნიშნულის გამომწვევი.
ჩვენი ერთერთი მოსაზრებაა, რომ დეს წერილების რეგისტრაციისას, როდესაც რეგისტრაციის თარიღის მინიჭება ხდება მანუალურად, უკუქცევით, პროგრამა ამას არ აღიქვამს ადგილობრივი ფილტრაციისას, მაგრამ აღნიშნული მონაცემები რატომღაც სრულ ექსპორტში ჩანს.
თუმცა, აქ სხვა საკითხიც არის - პროგრამაში 2012 წლის განმავლობაში არის დარეგისტრირებული 5857, მონაცემთა დეტალური ექსპორტისას კი = 5842 განაცხადი.
