Peter, Please see the enclosed translated e-mail: As you are aware, the first part of the Health Insurance Mediation Service (HIMS) Module - Case Registration was initially piloted by the HIMS. The latter provided relevant remarks and recommendations based on which the Case registration will finally be tested and the on-site Hotline training will be planned. As you know, the project has another important role – complaint regulation. There are the following module users: HIMS, insurance companies and health facilities. Terms of Reference and description of the project are prepared but we should share the concept with the stakeholders and get their feedback on technical issues. For the above-mentioned reasons we would like to plan an outreach meeting near Tbilisi (Kvareli Lake, Lopota, Kazbegi) over the weekend, tentatively August 24-25. The HIMS and Hotline trainings will be conducted on the first day (Case Registration, regulation). The second module will be discussed and the stakeholders will be provided with the information on the contents and importance of the project on the following day. If you agree, we will provide you with the final list of participants tomorrow. As I have information, Sophia Lebanidze already spoke with George and she got informal pre approval. Sophia asked Geroge organize workshop near Tbilisi where participants will not have opportunity for recreation opportunities.
