გთხოვო, რომ მოგვაწოდო დეტალური ინფორმაცია იმ ბავშვის შესახებ რომელსაც აქვს ნეიტრალური
მოქალაქეობა და ვერ რეგისტრირდება მოდულში. ასევე ის ლოგიკა, რომლითაც სისტემამ აღნიშნული
ტიპის ბენეფიციარები უნდა დაარეგისტრიროს მოდულში, რადგანაც ჩვენ გავითვალისწინოთ ყოველივე
ეს და საჭიროების შემთხვევაში შევიტანოთ ცვლილებები
