I agree with Keti, we should try and get there early even though it is only 2 hours to Bakuriani? It took me two hours when I went two weeks ago and I don’t even read Georgian and got temporarily lost and my children had to go for a toilet break every 30 minutes. I know it is hard to get up early, but I think it is worth it especially for those who ski.  I suggest meeting at 8:30am so we can all have a great day that day.

Does it take 4:30 hours to get to Bakuriani? And so far, the roads are clear. It’s almost the time required to get to Batumi J

 

May I suggest starting gathering a bit earlier, so that we can depart no later that 9:00 am? Or maybe even earlier JJJ For those who ski, it’s important to arrive early, since it will be impossible to ski after 5:30. and when you arrive at 3:00 pm in Bakuriani and until you settle down, the whole day is gone. So, would greatly appreciate if we all manage to use both days effectively..

We have booked 2 single, 12 Double and 1 Triple rooms – Total for 29 Person (please see attached rooming list file)

 

FYI - Person who is taking his/her spouse should pay  70 GEL for his/her accommodation

This is total amount what you should add - transportation provided (you do not pay for his/her transportation)

 

FEB 4 - Minibus will be at MoLHSA office at 9:30 and will depart at 10:00 am

Me and Uka with our own cars will depart from MoLHSA office same time

 

FEB 5 – Minibus will be at Bakiriani Hotel Vere Palace at 14:30 and will depart from Bakuriani 15:00

We have hotel booking for 26 Person – please see attached rooming list

 

Minibus we are going to rent has 20 fixed seats and + 4 additional Seats  (this 4 seats is not very comfortable for long trips)

Today I will have the rates for minibus (this is same minibus which we used for Algeti Retreat)

 

In this case we need 1 or 2 extra cars –

I will drive by my car and as I know Uka will drive his car as well – Uka can you please confirm your car
