I cancelled meeting on 10th. Unfortunately right now Mr. Sopromadze is on meeting and his secretary has to agree meeting time for 17th or 19th .

I know that David Stonehill is tied up then, as well as I, with our staff meeting in the AM, and the beginning of our in-house work planning in the afternoon.  During the rest of the week, I know that David Stonehill has continuing obligations to the delegation that is here from USAID/Washington, and I will be occupied with our draft work plan preparation. The following Monday, in the afternoon, will work best for me, and possibly for David Stonehill.

 

Could you ask the DM whether he is available on the 16?

As for the meeting in MoLHSA, probably the most appropriate deputy minister will be Zaza Sopromadze, who is in charge of Health portfolio. Before meeting with the deputy minister, I would also recommend to meet with our Health System Strengthening Project (HSSP), which is ending in September.
