I would like to inform you that the USAID Health System Strengthening Project (HSSP) participated in the annual GITI (Georgian IT Innovations) conference.

 

 

The main objective of the conference is to establish and promote effective partnerships among the public and the private sectors, associations and other IT&T industry related organizations in the Central and East Europe, Baltic States, Caucasus and Middle Asia region to promote competitiveness, innovation and security.  

 

The GITI conference was held on November 15-17, 2012.  Representatives of different countries participated in it. 

 

The USAID HSSP presented Pharmaceutical Activity - one of the HMIS components at the GITI conference. 

 

There were nominations for public and private sectors. Due to the fact that the USAID HSSP does not represent the private sector and works in collaboration with the MoLHSA, as agreed with the event organizers, we participated in nominations for public sector that means that we have to give the prizes awarded to us to the MoLHSA. It should be mentioned that the MoLHSA was not involved in completion of GITI application for participants. The Ministry representatives only attended in the awards ceremony as agreed with the Minister and Deputy Minister.

 

The USAID HSSP submitted nomination proposals for: 1) the most successful IT innovation which resulted in streamlining of a business process 2) the best IT project proposal, 3) the most widely applicable e-service created by a governmental agency. The project won the second and the third nominations and moreover, the Grand Prix was awarded to the HSSP.

 

We have already informed the MoLHSA about the above-mentioned success. I would like to congratulate them as well on this success.

მოგახსენებთ, რომ აშშ საერთაშორისო განვითარების სააგენტოს ,,ჯანდაცვის სისტემის განმტკიცების პროგრამა”-მ (USAID HSSP) მონაწილეობა მიიღო ყოველწლიურ კონფერენციაში GITI (Georgian IT Innovations)

 

კონფერენციის მთავარი მიზანია ჩამოაყალიბოს და ხელი შეუწყოს ცენტრალურ და აღმოსავლეთ ევროპაში, ბალტიის ქვეყნებში, კავკასიასა და შუა აზიის რეგიონში არსებულ საჯარო და კერძო სექტორებს, ასოციაციებსა და საინფორმაციო ტექნოლოგიების სფეროში ჩართულ სხვა ორგანიზაციებს შორის ეფექტურ თანამშრომლობას, კონკურენტუნარიანობის ამაღლებას, ინოვაციების დანერგვასა და უსაფრთხოების უზრუნველყოფას.

 

კონფერენცია დაიწყო 15 ნოემბერს და მიმდინარეობდა 17 ნოემბრის ჩათვლით, რომელშიც მონაწილეობას  იღებდნენ სხვადასხვა ქვეყნების წარმომადგენლები

 

,,ჯანდაცვის სისტემის განმტკიცების პროგრამა”-მ აღნიშნულ კონფერენციაზე წარადგინა პრეზენტაცია „ფარმაცევტული საქმიანობა”, რომელიც არის ერთიანი საინფორმაციო სისტემის ერთ ერთი შემადგენელი კომპონენტი.

 

ნომინაციები დაყოფილი იყო ორ ნაწილად, კერძო და სახელმწიფო სექტორი. ვინაიდან HSSP პროექტი თავისი სტატუსით არ მიეკუთვნება კერძო სექტორს და მუშაობს ჯანდაცვის სამინისტროსთან ერთად, შეხვედრის ორგანიზატორებთან შეთანმხებით, მონაწილეობა მივიღეთ სახელმწიფო სექტორის ნომინაციებში, რაც ავტომატურად გულისხმობს პრიზების ჯანდაცვის სამინისტროსათვის გადაცემას. აქვე აღსანიშნავია ის გარემოება, რომ ჯანდაცვის სამინისტროს მიერ არ მომხდარა საკონკურსო განაცხადის მომზადება, ჯანდაცვის მინისტრთან და მოადგილესთან შეთანხმებით, სამინისტროს წარმომადგენლებმა მონაწილოება მიიღეს მხოლოდ დაჯილდოვების ცერემონიალში.

 

პროექტმა მონაწილეობა მიიღო სამ ნომინაციაში, (1) ყველაზე წარმატებული ინოვაცია საინფორმაციო ტექნოლოგიების დარგში, რომელიც ხელს უწყობს ბიზნეს პროცესის ეფექტურად წარმართვას;

2) საუკეთესო საინფორმაციო ტექნოლოგიების  საპროექტო წინადადება.  3) სახელმწიფო სტრუქტურის მიერ შექმნილი ყველაზე ფართოდ გამოყენებული ელექტრონული მომსახურება; ), რომლიდანაც გამარჯვება იქნა მოპოვებული პირველ და მეორე ნომინაციაში.

გარდა ორ ნომინაციაში დაჯილოდებისა, მოხდა აგრეთვე სპეციალური პრიზის გადმოცება; სააგენტო, რომელიც ახორციელებს ყველაზე ინოვატორულ პროექტს

 

აღნიშნულ წარმატების შესახებ, უკვე ინფორმაცია მივაწოდეთ ჯანდაცვის სამინისტროს და ჩვენთან ერთად მათაც ვულოცავთ აღნიშნულ წარმატებას
