Dear Ketevan,
Thanks for the great question but the answer is no, we are currently supporting AGI and all the other Abt applications only in Internet Explorer. This is due to the platform itself and also that there are a couple of “Single Sign-On” components only supported currently by IE.
But hopefully with this tool you will be able to obtain a far better performance from AGI.

Dear Mr. Rivas,
Thank you for the email and for this much needed intervention. Speed has always been a significant issue, which can actually slow down the management substantially.
A quick question before the installation… is there any way to make AGI work properly in Google Chrome, e.g.? I guess the application is not well compatible with browsers other than IE (judging by some distorted images/screens I get from time to time)

Sorry there was an incorrect part in the beginning of the install instructions on the previous email, you don’t need to copy the file to an USB or shared folder, just download it to your computer and run it from there. Thanks.

Dear Colleagues,
As a part of improving our services we are starting today with the deployment of the Mobolize CacheFront software on ALL international computers with access to AGI. This software is for speeding up AGI processes only and has NOTHING to do with the internet connection itself or other websites. The installation is a very simple task that will take no longer than 5 minutes per user to complete and with the only requirement of having Internet Explorer and other Microsoft applications closed before installing, no restarts required.
Please proceed with the installation process as per the detailed instructions, if any of you shall encounter any problems or is need of assistance please feel free to contact me or Zakarya Alsyouf directly.
The instructions for the installation process are:
1. Download the following file FROM THIS AGI LINK to your computer and open it.
2. Double click the installation inside and run it.
a. If you receive a security warning, select Run to continue.
b. If you receive a “User Account Control” click Continue.
c. If you receive and “Administrative Rights” credentials prompt please input your admin credentials.
3. You will see the setup process begin. No interaction is necessary at this point
a.
4. Next, Mobolize may or may not offer this prompt, telling you that some applications must be closed. Save any open data before clicking OK.
a.
5. Additionally, Mobolize will occasionally fail to automatically close the application(s), and you will need to close them manually. This is the prompt that comes up in that scenario:
a.
6. There are no further prompts or interaction once you clear this phase. After installation finishes, you can check Control Panel to confirm that Mobolize is set up.
a.
Once you have concluded this process reply to the email with the following information:
1. Was the installation successful?
2. What is your computer name? (if don’t know how to get it contact Zak or me)
3. Is your computer encrypted?
The goal is to have as many, if not all users installed before 01/01/2014.
