Subject: New Information on the Communications Capacity Building Series

Good day-evening!
As you’ll recall, we produced a series of video modules to help build capacity in communications for all international project field staff. They are available on AGI (https://abtassoc.sharepoint.com/departments/CorporateCommunications/Pages/Field-Communications-Resources.aspx?mobile=0
and, in some cases, they were also sent via FTP.
Unfortunately, because of the size of the product, some projects have had trouble downloading them.
We have therefore created DVDs. There are two DVDs for the series – one with Modules 1 – 5 and one with Modules 6 – 10. Each project is receiving two sets of these DVDs.
The two sets were “pouched” to everyone last week. So I wondered if you could please write back and
1. Confirm you received them and
2. Let me know when you think you’ll be watching them? Each module is between 3 and 8 minutes long and the entire series therefore is about an hour total. As I’ve mentioned before, they are meant to be watched however you can – one, two, three at a time? All at once? Whatever works for you!
It would be great if a lot of you are able to watch them before the COP meeting in the second week of June as we would love to discuss how they are working when representatives from your projects are in Bethesda.
