Before presenting the program to NCDC management, we would like to see beta version of storage room part of the software. Last time we were at the meeting, Reports section was not completed and it is a very important portion. We could come to your office or we could go to NCDC and see the software there. Please advise the name of POC from NCDC side.

 

We assume that we will be providing training on Stock Management Module to NCDC personnel and we will need to discuss this with NCDC, but this will happen after we get ourselves familiarized with the program.

 

As for the logo, we think Stock Management Module should have our program logo unless DTRA has a different opinion about it.

Dear All,

Hope this mail finds well all of you.

I would like to inform all of you on two issues;

1.       Stock management module beta version is completed. NCDC will pilot module from next week. We already provided user names and passwords (I am sure they will be happy using new product)

2.       From next week NCDC is going to register all infectious diseases in Case Registration Module which is connected to DTRA system. NCDC already installed phones, computers and allocated staff for this purpose (at the beginning, NCDC will register cases instead of providers, but from July they probably will issue special decree and providers will register cases themselves in the system). Probably we will need close communication with B&W from next week to ensure connection from pilot to real time.

 

I would like to agree and get your suggestions on following;

1.       Despite, that we have communication with NCDC almost every day, I think, it would be good if we will organize meeting with Amiran and Deputies and officially present both 2 products as a result of our close collaboration.

2.       Do you want to put your logo on Stock Management Module?

3.       Do we need to agree with NCDC next steps, for example trainings for Stock Management ?

4.       Any other ideas?----
