HRIS sent the notice that onboarding that begun yesterday, which means that Tamta won’t have Oracle access until next week at the earliest. All new employees have to submit a paper timesheet their first week, so please send Tamta’s directly to Payroll on Friday with a copy to me. Thanks.

Although Tamta’s start date was set at January 1^st, you are correct that the start date can’t be a holiday. Please amend the offer letter by crossing out January 1^st and writing in January 3^rd as your new start date. When HR gets the letter, they’ll make the change in the system. Tamta’s timesheet for her first week should start on January 3^rd. Thanks.

 

 

 

Hi Suzanne, We will have to submit Paper timesheet for this week for Tamta, as she is new hire and also has no employee ID yet. Could you please remind us if  Tamta’s Start date is 1^st or 2^nd January. As I recall start date cannot be the holiday, so I guess as 1^st is holiday in US, 2^nd will be her Start Date.

 

I will contact IT Service Center to tail her oracle access to Abtremote access (she already has that as she is the user of corporate hssp e-mail account)
