Please find attached the 3 documents to support the request for Tamta's rate increase.  Tamta's signature did not scan well on the biodata form.  Would it be possible for her to resign this version before you send it to USAID.  Please review and let me know if you think we should revise any of the documents.  Thank you for your assistance with this.  Amy

Hi Amy,

Peter has spoken to me regarding Tata’s rate increase and we both agree that 10% will be reasonable and acceptable for USAID.

The new rate should be approved by USAID, so we need the following documents from you: Tata’s updated (latest) Biodata,  updated SoW with her new tasks and also salary increase justification rational.

I will submit the package to USIAD when I have all docs.
