I am very sorry to bother you with my emails, but next week we are going to pass the procedures at US Embassy and as Kansas City Developer conference registration forms were not printed friendly, I would like to kindly ask you to provide a short document or letter for me and my colleagues – Tamta Kobakhidze, Zurab Dalakishvili and Niko Khvichia (which form would be convenient for you, on separate documents for each person) to prove that we really are taking part on Kansas City Developer Conference and registered for full conference (with dates).

Zurabi Dalakishvili’s Order N is: 289126393

 

 

 

And please note our agreement about cancellation dates in case we will not be granted US visa.

Certainly.

 

1. When you register through EventBrite, you'll be issued a ticket that confirms your registration for the conference.

 

2. Our cancellation policy is that tickets must be cancelled by May 1st to receive a refund. But, due to your extraordinary circumstances, if your visas are not granted, we can certainly extend a refund for your tickets up to the day of the conference.

As a representative of USAID Health System Strengthening Project (HSSP - Georgian Republic), me and a small group of my co-workers would like to attend the conference - The 2014 Kansas City Developer Conference, on 15,16,17 of May. Before  going into detailed procedures, please, would you be so kind to make clear some key doubtful issues that we are interested in and that are:

1.  Could you send us an official letter to present in the US embassy right after the registration for your conference, stating that we are really registered/attending this conference?
2. Do you have any cancellation policy in case we are not granted US visas?
