კი მანჩო, მემგონი ეგ უნდა მოხდეს იყოს მიმართვიდან და წაიშალოს იმ ფასის გადაწყვეტილება ფასი რომელიც რედაქტირდება. და შემდგომ ახალ ფასს თავიდან მიუთითონ კომისიაში გადაწყვეტილება. ანუ ორმაგი კავშირი უნდა იყოს კომისიიას და მიმართვას შორის.

ასევე მინდა გთხოვოთ რამენაირად გადავჭრათ ის პრობლემა, რომ კომისიის დასრულებისას ჩნდება ისეთი მიმართვები, რომელშიც ფასი შეცვალეს კომისიაში გადაწყვეტილების მითითების შემდგომ. რაც უშლის ხელს კომისიის დასრულებას. მე ვფიქრობ როდესაც არედაკტირებს მიმართვას (კერძოთ ფასს) უნდა წაიშალოს კომისიის გადაწყვეტილებაც. და თავიდან მიუთითოს გადაწყვეტილება კომისიაში.
