როდესაც სუბმედიატორი ავსებს განაცხადს docflow წერილის საფუძველზე და ინახავს (მომართვა გადადის განხილვის პროცესში),
და როდესაც სუბმედიატორი მომართვას ხსნის რედაქტირებისთვის/დასასრულებლად, მას განაცხადის გვერდზე უჩანს ოპერატორის კომენტარი და რეაგირება (სუპერმედიატორის კომენტარი)
აღნიშნული უნდა გასწორდეს შემდეგნაირად :
იმ შემთხვევაშ როდესაც მომართვას ავსებს სუბმედიატორი (D=Docflow) ისევე როგორც შევსების პროცესშ და შემდგომში განხილვის პროცესში, მას არ უნდა უჩანდეს ველები :

მოგესალმებით,ანლიტიკოსის მოდულში აღმოაჩინე ეთი შეცდომა, განაცხადის სტატუსში არის დასრულდა მიეწოდ ინფორმაცია, ასეთი სტატუსები განაცხადზე არ გვაქვს, გვაქვს მხოლო განსახილველი, განხილვის პროცესში და განხილული, ეკას რაც უჩანს განაცხადის სტატუსად ეს არის ოპერატორის შედეგი პირველადად, ხოლო როცა აგზავნის მერე იცვლება სტატუსები.გთხოვთ შეცვალოთ.განაცხადის სტატუსები უნდა იცვლებოდეს მედიატორის მიერ განაცხადის განხილვის პარალელურად.დასრულდა მიეწოდა ინფორმაცია არის მედიატორის მიერ მინიჭებული განაცხადის შედეგი, ასევე ოპრატორის შედეგიიქნებ გავასწოროთ სასრაფოდმადლობა
