Dear IHD Colleagues,
Thanks to those of you who have already taken this survey. For those who have not, could we please ask you to take just a few minutes and respond to the survey in the link below by COB Monday, March 2?

Your feedback about IHD’s Communities of Excellence (CoEs) will allow us to include your thoughts in FY 2016 planning and will help us determine how the CoEs can better support your work and interests.
Please let me know if you have any questions.

Subject: The Annual IHD Community of Excellence Survey--Please Weigh In
Importance: High
Dear IHD Colleagues:
As you know, the International Health Division is organized around 5 technical segments (TSs) and 4 cross-cutting technical working groups (CCTWGs) that are aligned with the division’s priority technical areas (see below for a list of these groups). Each group is tasked with organizing technical support to projects, supporting new business development, and generating/disseminating reputational capital. The main channel through which these groups engage colleagues along these three activities is their respective Community of Excellence (CoE), an interactive and collegial environment for all home office and field colleagues interested in specific technical areas.
In order to assess the CoEs’ progress towards reaching their goals, we conduct every year a survey with all IHD colleagues; the results and responses help inform the activities and communications carried out by the CoEs during the following year. Can we ask all of you to take a few minutes to respond to this year’s survey to determine your perception of the CoEs, and to help us learn how they can better support your technical work as well as your areas of interest? This survey will also enable you to sign up for CoEs if you are not already a member.
The survey can be found here: https://survey.abtassociates.com/s/FY15CoESurvey/. Please complete it by Monday, March 2 to allow us to include your thoughts in our planning for FY 16.
Thank you very much.
Thierry
