IHD Colleagues,
To date, almost half our non-US-based staff have completed the required compliance program. However, in looking at the number of systems and language issues coming in from the field, we are giving an extension to all overseas project staff. We will make the program available in four languages and provide staff with additional ways to access the program; e.g., through a direct link that does not require AGI—and a CD Rom. We will communicate directly with non-US-based staff when the translations and new formats are ready. I anticipate being ready to roll those out in early January with a mid-February deadline.
That said, our expectation is that all US-based staff & global telecommuters complete the program by the 12/4 deadline. Division leadership will be following up directly to ensure full compliance.
