Single Sign-On Facts:
· Implementation requires downtime beginning Friday, October 5 at 9PM EDT through Sunday, October 7 at Midnight
· Will reduce the number of login IDs and passwords for ten of our most frequently used systems
· Downtime will apply for all Abt offices globally
· The ten SSO systems that will not be available are:
Outlook email Learning Management System (LMS)
AbtNet Performance Review Evaluation Plan (PREP)
AbtKnowledge Partner Registry
AbtTravel Portal Oracle Applications including PIC
Concur Oracle Time and Labor
Mobile Devices and Abt Email - If you are prompted for a password when accessing Abt email on your mobile device, use your Windows/Network password. If you have any difficulty, please contact your local IT support resource for assistance.
Alternate Email Accounts - If you will need the use of an alternate email account during the SSO implementation, please submit your name to the ITSC right away.
Timecards - Be sure to finish all timecard processes by your normal completion times.
Travel Plans - If you have online travel plans to make, please make them prior to Friday, October 5 at 9PM EDT. The online travel systems will not be available until Sunday, October 7 at Midnight EDT. If you need travel assistance over the weekend, please call BCD Travel at 1.800.228.4494.
SSO Frequently Asked Questions:
· SSO will be implemented for all Abt staff at all Abt locations.
· If you have travel needs over the weekend, please call BCD Travel at: 800.228.4494 for assistance during this time. Abt travel sites (AbtTravel Portal and Concur) will not be available.
· Fluid Surveys will be available during the SSO downtime.
· For US-based staff, RSA and VPN will be available to access Abt network shared drives.
