Dear Colleagues,

One of the many things Abt SRBI and Abt Associates staff have in common is the use of Outlook for our business email.  You may already know that you can find your Abt SRBI and Abt Associates colleagues in your Global Address List in Outlook.  I’m pleased to share some exciting news—when scheduling a meeting via Outlook, you can now check the availability of Abt SRBI and Abt Associates staff quickly and easily.

This new functionality allows you to view the availability of individuals at specified times.  For each person you invite, you can see whether the desired time period is free, busy, tentatively booked, or if their out of office status is set. 

As we continue to work closely with our colleagues from Abt Associates and Abt SRBI, this new capability makes it possible to find available times for meetings without having to check with each person individually.
