Colleagues,

 

We will be performing system maintenance requiring a period of downtime on Saturday, February 23, from 1:00PM through 7:00PM EST. 

 

Systems that will be unavailable are:

 

·         AbtNet  

·         Oracle Applications including PIC

·         Oracle Time and Labor                                               

·         Performance Review Evaluation Plan (PREP)

·         AbtKnowledge

·         Partner Registry

·         AbtTravel Portal

·         Concur

·         Learning Management System (LMS)

 

Systems NOT impacted by this work include:

 

·         Outlook E-mail

·         Lync

·         Fluid Surveys

·         For US-based staff, RSA and VPN will be available to access Abt network shared drives.

 

If you have online travel plans to make, please make them prior to Friday, February 22, 2013.  The online travel systems will not be available until our work concludes on Saturday evening.  If you need travel assistance during this down time, please call BCD Travel at +1 (800) 228-4494.
