What is happening?
System maintenance will be performed Wednesday, July 31 from 9:00PM to 11:00 PM EDT. During this time a number of applications will experience periodic outages. This is necessary to update systems that control access to many of our Abt applications.
This work will have NO impact on the shared network drives, the AGI home page or Abt email.
What do I need to do?
During the designated system maintenance timeframe, do not use the applications listed below:
· All Oracle Applications (including timecards)
· AbtRemote
· BCD Travel
· Contracts Approvals Database
· International Wire Transfer Database
· Learning Management System (LMS)
· Move-IT DMZ (transfer.abtassoc.com)
· Mobile OTL
· On Boarding/Off Boarding Database
· PREP/MYPREP
· Registration Databases (Massage, Flu Shots, Financial Seminars, and Blood Drive)
