The Launch Edition of IHD Project Management Matters is live on AGI!
The Launch Edition of IHD Project Management Matters (PMM) can now be viewed on AGI at IHD Project Management Matters. You can also search for it on AGI using the key words: IHD Project Management Matters.
With the contributions and creative input of more than 30 International Health Division colleagues, PMM is both a showcase and a resource of project management excellence: useful and successful techniques, tools and approaches developed and field-tested by a broad spectrum of project management staff. Most descriptions have live links to the actual tool on AGI for you to download, print, discuss with colleagues, and use or modify according to your own project management needs.
PMM is “for us and by us” in Abt IHD, planned as a living document with updated editions uploaded on the AGI site once or twice annually. Submissions are welcome throughout the year and can be sent directly to me (martha_benezet@abtassoc.com). All that’s needed is a brief description of the project management technique/tool/methodology you’re nominating, why it’s an example of successful project management, who is responsible for it, what project it was applied to, and who to contact for more information.
Also, your feedback on PMM is most welcome at IHDProjMgmtMattersFeedback@abtassoc.com. Please let us know how PMM should improve, evolve and expand to meet your project management needs and interests.
