Dear Colleagues,
In January, the Office of Reputational Capital introduced a suite of online tools and resources that support our companywide efforts to strengthen Reputational Capital:
Guide to Reputational Capital at Abt Associates | This Guide describes what Rep Cap is, why it is important, and what each of us can do to strengthen Rep Cap for Abt Associates. AGI > Tools & Resources > Service Centers > Reputational Capital |
A valuable resource containing Rep Cap assets that can help with proposals and projects. AGI > Tools & Resources > Tools > AbtKnowledge > Reputational Capital | |
An interactive, web-based tool that facilitates the planning of Rep Cap activities for projects. AGI > Tools & Resources > Tools Rep Cap Planner |
I am writing to encourage you to explore and use each of these tools, and especially the Reputational Capital Planner, which is now available to everyone through AGI.
To take advantage of this resource for Rep Cap planning, please take these steps:
1. If you’re new to the Rep Cap Planner, please watch this brief “How To” video.
2. Open the Rep Cap Planner and view several of the sample Plans in the “View Plans” tab.
3. Explore the Rep Cap Plans in the system, which identify effective examples of Rep Cap-building activities utilized by colleagues.
4. Use the Rep Cap Planner to create your own Plan, following the step-by-step instructions in the “Create New Plan” tab.
Our goal is that all projects--both new and existing--will develop Rep Cap Plans using the Planner and that these plans will facilitate the important work that project teams do to build reputational capital.
The Rep Cap team is committed to the continuous improvement of Rep Cap resources and looks forward to receiving your comments and suggestions at RepCap@abtassoc.com.
Thank you,
Thierry
