With one month left until the beginning of the 2015 COP Conference, I am happy to share that conference planning is close to completion. This year, in response to feedback from last year’s comments and evaluations, we have developed an agenda that has much more room and time for sharing technical and programmatic information.
This email is to invite you to participate in a second Webinar, and to explore our conference Website.

The Webinar will take place on Thursday, May 21, from 7:30 AM-8:30 AM, Eastern Standard Time. As always, your participation is important; please mark your calendars according to your local time and register for the Webinar following the instructions below. At the webinar we will update you on the conference planning, report on issues identified for follow up from last year’s conference, and discuss the 2015 COP Conference Website. The conference Website is now live! We will be populating it with more information; please check the Website often for updates. We are working hard to integrate our commitment to sustainability into all aspects of the conference, from your hotel accommodations being in walking distance from the Abt Associates office and other venues, to the conference content materials being digitally available on the 2015 Conference Website. I would like to remind you that this Website is your one-stop shop for everything conference related; the Website is designed to be the main source of information; printed presentations will not be distributed, and instead will be available to view and download from the website. Like last year, you will use this website daily for viewing the agenda and conference agenda and materials, entering your evaluations, and to view a host of important information you will need to use for each day's activities.

1. Launch Internet Explorer and paste in the URL below or click on the link below:

2. Enter cop2015 in the password field and click LOGIN.
3. Bookmark the site and save the password.
4. Do not share this URL or password with anyone. This is a company confidential website with proprietary information.
Please review the attached 2015 COP Conference Resource Guide. You will be able to find this information on the conference Website, as well as in the conference brochure.
As the Conference draws near, I will send out a final communication regarding the conference website updates, as well as any issues that may arise during our next Webinar.
