Folks, Please see attached the sheet for filling the vacation plans.

 

Please note to use colors as shown below the sheet yellow – tentative, green – confirmed and red - holidays and weekends.

 

Please if anyone already has plans fill in the dates with colors accordingly (not confirmed  - yellow, confirmed – green and so on) and send only to TEONA  (not to everyone) Teona will consolidate all files into one master sheet by Friday and provides to us every Monday. Please update Teona every Friday if your dates change or stay same.
