Dear Colleagues:

In December, our Abt Innovation Expos connected and energized nearly 400 employees in Cambridge and Bethesda. Now we want to share the spirit of these events, continue their momentum, and expand their impact with our colleagues and stakeholders around the world.

We invite everyone to view this video of Expo highlights, which is posted on AbtNet, on AbtAssociates.com, You Tube and on the careers tab of Abt’s Company Profile on LinkedIn.

Our goal with this video is twofold:  1) Remind us that all Abt employees are innovators, and reinforce the importance of developing and sharing innovations across the company, and  2) Help us to share our message of innovation with stakeholders, clients, partners, potential clients, and potential employees.

We realize not everyone could attend the Expo, so we created a page on AbtNet that details the 10 highlighted Innovations and offers suggestions for how to leverage the tools in your work. In addition, we will send each Abt Field Office a DVD that summarizes the event and provides additional resources. Lastly, we will host an Innovation Showcase at the June COP meeting, so that our overseas colleagues can display their innovations and benefit from these valuable connections.

Innovation is not only a practice that we share within the company, it is also an advantage to be communicated around the world. Thank you for your continued commitment to Innovation at Abt.
