The customs clearance to be performed smoothly we kindly request to note in the invoice that the consignee is National Center for Disease Control and Public Health of Georgia,   99, Kakheti Highway, Tbilisi, 0198, Georgia.

 

At that it is necessary to note in the invoice as well the approximate price of transportation from Turkey to Tbilisi or send us the mail indicating in it  the transportation price.

As the product is not registered in Georgia we need a special permission from the local authorities for import , please be kind to  share  with us the information on the issues as follows:

 

1.       Quantity of the vaccines of the Lot A69CE827A;

2.       Quantity of the vaccines of the Lot A69CE826A;

3.       Quantity of the diluents of the Lot AD01C844A;

4.       Quantity of the diluents of the Lot AD01C843A;

 

We are interested as well in the total cost of the  vaccines,  that will be noted in the transportation invoice.

We are working on vaccine trasportation. I hope before next weekend the vaccines will arrive to your stores, directly. The package,  100k dose is around 60 cubic meter in volume, all of the parcel will include a freeze-tag and a temperature monitoring card inside. It is possible to share the temperature data during transportation. There are total 626 parcels with 40x60x40 cm in dimension. A good styrofoam covered with cartoon for insulation and enough cold bags inside. There are total 2 lots, the single dose package with ready injectors with two needles, one for reconstitution and one for injection.

 

We wish to share the documentation of vaccines in detail. Would you please be confident to share these document within your side. The hard copy of documents will be given hand to hand or inside the number 1 parcel.
