Further to the Save the Date letter sent in July 2018, by the President of the National Authority for the Protection of the Rights of the Child and Adoption, Mrs. Gabriela Coman,

I am writing now to formally invite your participation at the Regional Conference on Social Work/Social Service Workforce Development, November 21-22-23, 2018, Bucharest, Romania.

Attached is your invitation from Mrs. Lia Olguta Vasilescu, Minister of Labor and Social Justice in the Romanian Government who will co-host the event together with the UNICEF Regional Office for Europe and Central Asia. Also attached is the draft agenda, the general presentation of the conference and the background concept note prepared for the event.

 

Working languages: The conference languages are English, Romanian and Russian.  We will endeavour to ensure as far as possible that all relevant papers are made available in these languages.
