To manage social security in a world of rapid economic, social and technological change, social security institutions need to access new knowledge and innovative solutions. Every year the ISSA Academy organizes a series of 7 Diploma training courses for social security managers and experts from ISSA member organizations worldwide. Due to the global coronavirus crisis, this year’s courses will be offered in an innovative online e-learning format. The Academy diploma training courses provide an in-depth training on the ISSA Guidelines and build the institution’s human capital in strategic areas of social security administration.
