The ISSA offers a Webinar series on “Delivering social security in times of COVID-19”, to support the efforts of social security institutions and enable effective exchanges on approaches and lessons learnt. Speakers are high-level officials from ISSA member institutions, who contribute with their experiences.

- What are the main institutional challenges encountered during the period of progressive deconfinement?

- Which face-to-face user services will be reactivated in priority, and how will they be adapted to the context?
- What are the approaches adopted regarding internal organisation and human resources management?
- Which of the practices introduced during the period of confinement in terms of client services and internal organization could be adopted on a permanent basis?
The webinar is open to ISSA members and there is no registration fee. The series will include webinars in different ISSA languages.
