First of all, on behalf of the Ministry of Internally Displaced Persons from the Occupied Territories, Labour, Health and Social Affairs of Georgia I would like to extend my sincere gratitude for fruitful collaboration and support.

With this letter I would like to address you regarding Georgian Patient Ms. Inga CHKHAIDZE with diagnosis Liver Cirrhosis. As you are aware, she urgently requires liver transplantation from a live donor.

Please, be informed that the necessary  treatment   has  been already financed by  20 000 USD (10 000  USD from the Ministry and 10 000 USD from the Tbilisi City Hall) and  the letters of guarantee are  also rendered by the corresponding government institutions.

Ministry is  currently  considering the   additional financing by 50 000 USD of the patient’s treatment . Therefore, we kindly ask you to conduct without delay the relevant  treatment to Ms. Inga CHKHAIDZE.  We will forward to you the   respective lettter of guarantee during next 10 days.

Since the treatment expences indicated in the invoice is 85 000, we kindly request and express  hope for a  have a discount to 75 000 USD.
