First of all I would like to send you my regards 

As a complement to the mail I sent you some weeks ago I am attaching now my proposal for a Work Plan for ISSA. This information delivers more details on my ideas for ISSA´s sustainability and I thought it was important to share it with you before the upcoming election for Secretary General of ISSA.

I would appreciate the opportunity of a direct contact with you by phone or videoconference at a day and time of your convenience, to share perspectives on ISSA and on Social Security in general. 

There is also the possibility of meeting in Geneva before election day. I have planned to arrive at Geneva on the afternoon of Tuesday 4th of December so I have availability to meet either the 5th or the 6th of December.
