Dear Mr Tsotskolauri​,

 

In your quality of Titular Delegate to the Council of the International Social Security Association (ISSA), you have received last month, by post and by email, the attached invitation to attend the 37th Session of the Council which will take place in Geneva, Switzerland, on 7 December 2018. 

 

The only item on the agenda of this meeting is the election of the new Secretary General of the ISSA.

 

In order to facilitate the smooth functioning of this Session, you are kindly requested to complete and return by 19 November 2018 one of the two enclosed forms, in accordance with the way in which your country will be represented at the 37th Session of the Council:

 

-   The first form ISSA/C/37/F.1 relates to your participation as Titular Delegate or, should you be unable to attend, the participation of the Substitute Delegate.

 

-   The second form ISSA/C/37/F.2 concerns the assignment of vote and should be returned only if neither you, nor the Substitute Delegate, are in a position to attend the Session.
