The ISSA offers a Webinar series on “Delivering social security in times of COVID-19”, to support the efforts of social security institutions and enable effective exchanges on approaches and lessons learnt. Speakers are high-level officials from ISSA member institutions, who contribute with their experiences.

The webinar will examine the following questions:

  • What are the institutional priorities to be implemented for the relaxation of restrictions period?
  • Which face-to-face user services could be reactivated first, and how will they be adapted to the context?
  • What are the approaches regarding internal organization and human resources management?
  • Which practices introduced during the period of restrictions in terms of client services and internal organization could be adopted on a permanent basis?

The webinar is open to ISSA members and there is no registration fee. The series includes webinars in different ISSA languages.
