Dear Mr Tsotskolauri,

 First of all, we would especially like to thank you for your hospitality, and the invitation for the meeting on Monday in Tbilisi. From our point of view, we had a very clear and complementery conversation concerning Health Care and the implementation of EMR into this system. 

Next to the EMR, as discussed, we also have an extensive legitimate back office for best practice of health care when needed the most. 

We would like to emphasize that, through implementing NeoHealth into your health care system, the country will increase the quality of care and decrease the amount of medical mistakes/mismedication/... Since your governement has been working on the start of setting up some guidelines, can we ask you to send us an overview of the things that are allready done or still need to be done? Then we can estimate where NeoHealth can complete this journey towards a better health system. 

NeoHealth is now working hard on the technical part of the EMR. We plan to finish the pilot version by Q1 2019. The EMR can officially be launched after we perfect this version by adapting it with the specific State standards (f.ex. bloudpresure, sugar level,...). 

Meanwhile, we allready made first contacts with a doctor who is now working in the Gagua Hospital in Tbilisi, particulary to gain more perspective on the daily use of records. Also we had a meeting with an outsource company for the translations. 

Because our project can be applied in the private as well as in the public sector, it can be used and connected all over the country and you can even partner with other governements to compare or adopt their implementation of the system.
