Please find attached revised version of the SP Strategy for your final revisions.

SP Strategy document:

§ Please review chapter 4 if this is in line with agreed planning and reporting principles and governance structure. Amend if needed.

§ Pease add missing indicator values (highlighted in yellow) and assure that same changes are made in the indicators table. 

Strategic initiatives:

§ Please review milestones for organisation level initiatives (starting from 3.11) and add owners and cooperation units. 

Indicators:

§ Please review cells in red and add missing values and assure that same changes are made in the strategy document. 

 

Please let us know if you have any questions and please share the final version in English with us.

 

We also expect draft presentation for our feedback by end of next week.
