Dear Nino and Keti,

Thank you for a warm hosting during the week and for all good discussions we had! Unfortunately, I do not have the email of all your colleagues to pass my thanks and promised materials (see below) but hopefully you can forward these. And please contact if you have any questions or clarifications.

We also agreed that you will share the following documents at your earliest convenience:

1)    6-step cost containment program description

2)    providers licensing overview that you have in English

3)    and also we discussed that it is possible to share the primary health care centers data by providers, regions and number of people in each center. I understood that the number of family doctors per center is not available but if there is additional relevant information (e.g. availability of other specialists) then it would be good to have there.

Here are the references to the documents:

a)    Clinical audits methodological handbook (in Russian): http://www.haigekassa.ee/sites/default/files/trykised/audit_rus_pdf_a5.pdf

b)    Hospital performance feedback report (in Estonian): https://www.haigekassa.ee/sites/default/files/HVA-aruanne/hva_aruanne_2015.pdf

e)    Appendix 2 of the contract, which is more technical (in Estonian): https://www.haigekassa.ee/sites/default/files/lepingud/lisa_02_lisatingimused.pdf

f)     Financial appendix, main part (in Estonian): https://www.haigekassa.ee/sites/default/files/RRL/2015/lisa_03_eriarstiabi_rahaline.pdf
