Dear Arsen,

 

I have received these invitation and checked logistical information. But for these time I have not information about air tickets (when and how I will be able to fly) and per-diem issues.

Because we have  business trip inside of the country from 16 to 18 June (according  invitation Georgian Parliament), I have to arrange previously my agenda and fly issues is very important.

I kindly ask you to inform me, if it is available.

Collection of entry badge at Pass office / Gate 1 of the Vienna International Centre (VIC):

 

 

Note: if you are planning to attend an early morning session on Wednesday, Thursday or Friday starting at 07.30am, please make sure you have collected your entry badge before that day as the Pass Office only opens at 08.00am.

 

Security screening at Gate 1 (open daily as of 6.00 am)

 

You will have to go through Security Screening every time you enter the VIC
